This is an independent website, not a med spa or a medical practice. Its job is to collect consultation requests from Grand Rapids and pass them on to a local provider.
The information here is general. It explains what treatments are and what to ask, without telling you what you should have done. That decision belongs to a licensed provider who sees you, and then to you.
Behind the form
There is no call center or clinic behind this site. Your request is passed to a provider who works in or near Grand Rapids, and they handle the rest.
Expect the provider to contact you about a consultation. There, a licensed provider asks about your health history, explains what is suitable, and gives you the cost. Whether to go ahead is your choice.
